Create a Proopal account

Follow these steps to create a Proopal account:

1. Go to www.proopal.com/signup
2. Fill your first and last names, email address, password, date of birth.
3. Read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other relevant information carefully.
4. If you agree, then click "Sign up".
5. Then we will send you a verification mail to your email account and to finish creating your account, you need to verify your email (Sometimes it may take 5 to 10 minutes to receive the email).

Didn't receive a verification email

Still, if you didn't receive the email follow these steps:

1. Go to the "success-signup" page. Once you signed up, you will be directed to it automatically. Or "Login" using your email you entered when signing up and password and you will be directed to "success-signup" page. Then, check if you have entered the correct email address.
2. If you have entered the correct email address, click on "Didn't receive a verification email or want to use a different email?".
3. Then click on "Resend verification email".
4. If you have entered the wrong email address, don't worry. Everybody needs your password to login. So, click on "Didn't receive a verification email or want to use a different email?".
5. Enter your correct email address in "New email address" and click on "Change email address".

Have a problem with verifying the account

1. Click again the "Verify your mail" button on the verification email.
2. If you still having the problem, click on the link bellow the "Verify your mail" button or copy and paste it to your browser.
3. If your problem isn't fixed, send us an email to help@proopal.com using the email you used to sign up with Proopal.

   Please use the following format:

   [ Subject: Account verification problem ]

   [ Your email address used to sign up with Proopal ]

   [ Full verification link mentioned on the verification email ]

   [ Your name ] ^{* Optional}

   Note:   We process your request only if you had sent your request email using the email you used to sign up with Proopal.
