Hi friends My name is Darshan more, I started my journey of personal trainer in mid 2016 from k11 academy of fitness science where I learned the basics of exercise physiology and sports nutrition. Hunger of delivering only the best of knowledge to the people whom I am going to train brought me to Exercise science academy, from where I have done my ACSM-CPT (American college of sports medicine), ACSM is one of the most prestige Scientific body throughout the world known for its research in the field of sports and health.
